This option is a discount for purchasing three sessions. It's ideal for people who would like to discuss multiple issues or want periodic check-ins. You would book your first session at this time and the remaining sessions would be booked after each meeting. Please note, homework may be required before the next session is scheduled. Coaching services involves understanding and evaluating your current needs, goals, and resources in order to develop a strategy to meet your target objective. To succeed you must be responsible for your plan and its implementation. If married, both spouses must attend and participate. All materials should be completed to the best of your abilities and facts accurately represented to the coach.
